During my recent week at Halimeda, I dove into the heart of luxury and value right in San Vito Lo Capo. The lovely Mrs Rosalia and her sister run the place with great attention, making it one of the cleanest hotels I've encountered. The terrace breakfast was a delightful way to start the day, boasting a beautiful view. The rooms were adequately comfortable, albeit simpler than what the images suggested. Be advised that amenities like air conditioning and internet access are available but can come with limitations. While it's close to the beach, the quiet ambiance offered restful nights, which I appreciated as someone who loves active exploration. Ultimately, Halimeda strikes a balance where guests can enjoy a local, authentic experience without feeling overwhelmed by tourist traps. For value-driven travelers seeking a charming base, it may just be the right nod to adventure.
